The proximity courses organized by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale as part of Project “SI - School of Italian: Integrated Italian Language and Culture Courses in Abruzzi - Second Edition” start on Monday, March 31st. The project is financed by the European Fund for the Integration of Third Country Nationals, Action 1, 2012.
The courses are meant to help foreign residents in these remote municipalities – too far from the courses organized in the Region’s Centri Territoriali Permanenti - to learn Italian.
The courses for third country nationals will be held in the municipalities of Castiglione Messer Raimondo, Cermignano, Crognaleto and Isola del Gran Sasso. These are four small municipalities in the Province of Teramo. The largest, Isola del Gran Sasso, has less than 5000 residents, while the smallest, Crognaleto, only has 1300.
The courses will cover a total of 40 lesson hours and end in June 2014.
Course times and locations:
• Castiglione Messer Raimondo: sede Vicolo Altobelli (adiacente alla Sede Comunale) Castiglione Messer Raimondo, Monday and Wednesday 7-9 pm
• Cermignano: sede Scuola Media di Cermignano, via Covento Vecchio, Monday and Wednesday 7-9 pm
