Yesterday, the Phyrtual Innovation Gym at Via del Quadraro hosted a White Hackathon, the second activity for Project Viral but Healthy, for 53 students from the Liceo Scientifico Vito Volterra in Ciampino (Rome).

Students from years three and four were divided into 10 teams competing to find creative and innovative solutions for “healthy” information on prevention. The students were chaperoned by Natural Sciences Professors Ada PucePatrizia Moscatelli and Michela Gasparini.

The teams revealed a wide range of ideas and methods for communicating about health through apps, website, Facebook and Instagram pages, GIFs, videos and a vast number of ideas, based on the notions learned during the previous session [see news: Community Care] and the information they receive daily.

The teams were supported by:

  • Ilaria Bonanni, Mentor and Social Media Editor, Fondazione Mondo Digitale
  • Fabrizio Jimenez, Mentor and Visual Interaction Designer

The winners were selected by a heterogeneous jury

  • Deborah Arceri, Doctor and Immunologist
  • Marta Nicoletti, Schools Manager for Agenzia Dire
  • Alfonso Molina, Scientific Director, Fondazione Mondo Digitale
  • Nicoletta Vulpetti, Coach and Communications Expert
