Thanks to Pink Cloud, organized by Microsoft, Asus, Aviva and Accenture in collaboration with various partners including the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, Italian and foreign female students will have the opportunity to learn more about technical and scientific studies and all the opportunities provided by digital tools. The three-day event, which is also promoted by international organisations such as the International Telecommunication Union, The United Nations Regional Information Centre and UN Women, will be held in Milan on May 19-21, 2015.
 
Today’s programme entails over 50 sessions on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) as well as transversal skills. The courses will be held in various locations from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm:
 
  • Pink Teens - Università degli studi di Milano-Bicocca
  • Pink Academic – Politecnico di Milano and Università degli studi di Milano
  • International Pink – Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi
 
The Closing Digital Workforce – We are Equal, We are Digital Conference will be held from 2:30 to 4:00 pm at the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi.  
 
In her presentation, the Director General of the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, Mirta Michilli, will introduce "The Life Education Model for Young Women."
 
After three days of STEM, the event will end with a roundtable amongst human resources managers and representatives of institutions, enterprises and NGOs to assess the outlook and challenges of digital tools and the working world.
