Training sessions continue for Project eSkills4Change, funded by Microsoft as part of the global YouthSpark Programme, to provide thousands of young men and women with opportunities in the fields of training, employment and enterprise.
A training session was held at IIS Facchinetti in Castellanza (Province of Varese with Coach Francesco Ehrenheim on April 12. The activities were coordinated by Prof. Giovanna Busà.
"As project coordinator … I am very pleased that the lesson that was held today was very successful both in terms of attention and interest,” writes Professor Giovanna Busà to Francesca Del Duca who coordinates the project at the national level. "It is certainly due to the clear way in which the coach explained the subject, together with his professional approach and enthusiasm. I would like to thank Coach Francesco Ehrenheim and truly hope that we can collaborate again in the future.”
Coach Mohamed Fatiga held at training session at IIS Balducci in Pontassieve (Province of Florence) on April 16, which was coordinated by Professor Marco Morandini. And, on April 17, Fabrizio Jimenez held a training session at IIS Marconi in Campobasso, organised by Prof. Manuela Barone.
Today, the appointment is at IIS Franchetti Salviani in Città di Castello (Perugia) with Coach Mohamed Fadiga. Activities are coordinated by Prof. Giovanni Rossi.
The training session is organised into two parts. In the first, Mohamed will present the project, the technological tools provided by Microsoft and the project’s methodological analysis and development strategies to help students define their ideas. In the second part, which is interactive, Mohamed will improvise a mini-hackathon to allow the students to “boost their ideas and experiment with new methodologies.”
