If a city takes care of the young, the older will benefit, too.
This is the slogan of the event promoted by the Cabina di Regia per l’attuazione della Legge 285/97 implemented at the Rome Department of Social and Health Services in collaboration with the Fondazione Mondo Digitale.
The initiative entitled “New Generations, New Protagonists – Bill 285/97 in Rome" will be held on October 16, 2013 from 9.30 am to 4 pm at the Rome Città Educativa in via del Quadraro 102. The objective is to review the many successful initiatives financed thanks to the National Fund for Infancy and Adolescence (enacted by Bill 285 in 1997).
The programme includes a conference (ore 10 - 13) with representatives from institutions, third sector, agencies promoting and implementing the bill and citizens of all ages. The aim of the conference is to present the present state of the art and identify strategic action lines for future activities. In parallel, an exhibition will be held (9:30 am – 1 pm) to showcase the projects and activities implemented over 15 years.
The initiative is financed by the National Fund for Infancy and Adolescence, Roma Capitale, Department for the Promotion of Social and Health Services.
