Today, the Bologna offices of the “Il Resto del Carlino” daily host an Open Day during which awards will be presented to the winners of the Future Digital Experience Awards, both initiatives have been organized together with Google to celebrate the 130th year since the daily’s foundation. The objective is provide an original educational day for students who attend universities in the Emilia Romagna and Marche Regions.

.Net Campus is an Open Day dedicated to 130 young men and women, who want to study journalism, on tomorrow’s information. It’s a perfect opportunity to speak about information right where it’s created.
The full day of events is divided into two parts: one to learn about news rooms and the printing process, followed by a workshop in the Aula Marco Biagi with journalists and sector experts.
At the end of the day, the Future Digital Experience Awards will be presented to students from universities in the Emilia Romagna and Marche Regions, who participated in the “How Do You Imagine Communication in the Future” Challenge?
First place will receive a free course at the Officina – New Jobs Workshop (including room and board), while second and third places will receive four and two-month scholarships with the “il Resto del Carlino.” Moreover, all winners will receive a smart watch provided by Google.
