We are looking for a Moodle expert to support the implementation and management of the FMD Academy, the online learning environment dedicated to training teachers, students and citizens.
The successful candidate will work with the Foundation's technology and training teams to ensure the operational continuity and educational innovation of the platform, dealing with course configuration, user monitoring, multimedia production and technical and training support for participants.
The position is part of the broader digital transformation process initiated by the Foundation, which involves the development of a data integration and rationalisation system (Integration middleware) and the introduction of an intelligent chatbot engine to improve the accessibility, interoperability and quality of training services.
Proven experience in using Moodle and the essential tools for promoting an online community of practice is required, encouraging collaboration and shared learning through forums, group activities, delivery and validation of materials, wikis and collaborative glossaries.
Key requirements
- At least two years' experience in managing and customising Moodle
- Good knowledge of advanced features and ability to integrate modules and interactive content
- Skills in designing and managing e-learning courses
- Familiarity with authoring tools for creating digital content
- Aptitude for teamwork and operational precision
