Today and tomorrow, in Rome, the Istituto Comprensivo Rita Levi Montalcini and the Fare ABA Association will begin the first phase of testing for Project MaTHiSiS - Managing Affective-learning THrough Intelligent atoms and Smart InteractionS.
Research, which will focus on the development of a prototype capable of identifying the emotional state of a student during the learning process, will be carried out in all the partner research centres: Atos Spain, University of Nottingham Trent, University of Maastricht, University of Nottingham, University Vrije Brussels, IMOTEC Institute of Mobile Technologies for Education and Culture and other schools and educational centres.
The Fondazione Mondo Digitale and the CERTH - Centre for Research and Technology (Greece) will work with teachers and students in Rome to test the first version of the prototype in a didactic context to monitor student and special needs student emotions during learning processes.
