Today and tomorrow, MaTHiSiS (Managing Affective-learning THrough Intelligent atoms and Smart InteractionS) Project Partners will meet in Athens. The project is financed by the European Commission as part of the Horizon 2020 ICT 2015 – Information and Communication Technologies Programme.
Project Manager Annaleda Mazzucato, who will be present for the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, will present the pedagogic model under development: custom-tailored, adaptive learning; introduction to digital didactic material, side by side with traditional materials; introduction of technology that can identify the mood of learners and automatically adapt learning processes; and inclusive didactics for students with special needs.
A panel of experts from the project advisory board will also participate to discuss critical points and research objectives.
On Friday, June 9, the partners will discuss the implementation of the next testing phase in October and November 2017. The platform will be experimented not only in schools, but also with autism and multiple disability cases in five countries. The testing phase is managed by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale.
