The Fondazione Mondo Digitale is looking for a person to insert in the technical secretariat that manages educational events and activities.
Main Activities
- Management of incoming and outgoing mail; management of platforms for registration, planning and programming of activities and schedules; organisation of classes and recalls to registered users
 - Implementation of organisational processes with IT tools and data analysis
 - Data entry
 
Requisites
- Advanced knowledge of cloud software such as Google WorkSpace (especially Classroom, Google Modules and administration panels) and Microsoft Office 365
 - Excellent knowledge of spreadsheets (especially Excel and Google Sheets)
 - Basic knowledge on issue related to personal data and privacy
 - Excellent organisational skills
 - Ability to work independently in a careful and organised manner
 - Flexibility, problem solving, ability to make deadlines and work towards objectives
 - Written and oral communication skills
 - Proactive attitude and ability to work in teams.
