We would like to share this opportunity with our community of young talents concerning a sector we have not had very much to do with so far: the real estate sector. Indeed, this is another sector that needs to mould “green and blue” or respect for the environment and inclusive technology. This is a challenge that is addressed by Luciano Floridi, Director of the Digital Ethics Lab at the University of Oxford [see article (in Italian): Più che roseo il nostro futuro è verde e blu].
This year, Italy will be participating in the third edition of the PropTech Challenge, the foremost European competition for digital talent applied to Real Estate, promoted by CBRE, the largest global real estate consulting firm.
The challenge addresses start-ups and innovative ideas in the real estate sector throughout Europe and will present awards consisting of resources, funding and partnerships with CBRE.
