Project Future ReCoded kicks off. Today, coaches from the Microsoft Student Partner Organisation will be at IIS Ernesto Balducci in Pontassieve (Florence). The school, managed by Headmaster Giulio Mannucci, offers four programmes: scientific, humanities, technology and economics.
Forty students from two classes (years 4 and 5) will attend the courses coordinated by IT Professors Marco Morandini e Rossella Calonaci.
The Microsoft Student Partner team leader is Manrico Diamantini (Pisa), who next Monday, October 17, will be at the Convitto Cicognini in Prato.
The educational programme includes a four-hour lab (9 am to 1 pm) on the development of Microsoft apps and tools for scientific, multimedia and computer projects that the students will be able to showcase at the Milan Science Fair 2017 (February).
Fiammetta Castagnini, a coach at the Phyrtual Innovation Gym Labs, will attend the session for the Fondazione Mondo Digitale.
Project Future ReCoded (March 2016 - February 2017), which is financed by Microsoft YouthSpark and the Fondazione Cariplo, and coordinated by the Fondazione Filarete, aims to provide thousands of young men and women throughout Italy with greater professional opportunities through the development and practice of digital and technological skills.
