Peer Sharing: activities for families from September 24 to 30.
The objective of Project Peer Sharing, coordinated by the Permanent Forum for Distance Support, is to strengthen the educational community in Rome’s Municipio VII by involving families, children and residents.
The programme includes the arrival of the BiblioHUB, a multi-functional and multimedia mobile structure providing information on culture, free time, and citizen services, as well as loaning books, providing e-books that can be downloaded via QR codes, bookcrossing services, Wi-Fi hotspot, Internet point, and a ludic-didactic lab for children to meet and socialise. BiblioHUB aims to introduce residents to the rich cultural catalogue and services that the library provides.
On September 24-30, the Italian Library Association (Lazio AIB), together with the Parish of S. Ignatius of Antioch and the Statuario Library, hasorganised games and events for families at the BiblioHUB, the library on wheels that moves around and opens out to take books and readings to urban spaces.
