World Refugee Day, the event that for fifteen years has aimed to turn the spotlight of public attention to the condition of migrants who are forced to flee their country, is organized by the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR), which has recently launched the global awareness raising campaign #WithRefugees.
Microsoft, Comunità di Sant’Egidio, Fondazione Mondo Digitale and Techsoup Italia will participate in this event with the “Technology for Solidarity” event, a two-day multi-event in Rome and Catania dedicated to integration and social inclusion [see news Welcome Challenge].
