Cybersecurity Seminars, a concrete and free opportunity for businesses and organisations
Is it possible to strengthen your organisation's IT security while contributing to the professional growth of young talent?
Today, it is possible thanks to Cybersecurity Seminars, an initiative promoted by the University of Milan and the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, with the support of Google.org and in collaboration with Virtual Routes.
The programme allows public and private entities to take on a student for a 40-hour practical training course within their organisation. This is an opportunity to consolidate the culture of digital security at no cost, while helping to train the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.
What is the student's contribution?
During the experience, the student will:
- analyse and assess the organisation's main IT risks
- raise awareness among internal staff about correct digital practices, reducing risky behaviour
- provide initial technical support to strengthen digital defences, including in relation to emerging threats.
Why join
In a context where cyber threats are increasingly sophisticated and pervasive, strengthening digital security is a strategic priority. Participating in the programme means:
- acquiring up-to-date skills geared to the operational needs of the sector
- embarking on a path of social responsibility, promoting the employability of qualified young people
- making your organisation more aware, resilient and prepared to face digital challenges.
How to participate
Joining is easy: just fill out the online form.
You will be contacted to define how the student will be integrated into your organisation.
A project with a national vision
Cybersecurity Seminars is part of a broader digital education strategy that aims to strengthen cybersecurity in local communities through collaboration between universities, third sector organisations and large technology companies.
