Second course for the pilot project promoted by the American NGO “Room to Read”
The second course of pilot project I Had an Idea!, organised by American NGO Room to Read and the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, in collaboration with FEdUF, L’Altra Napoli and Consorzio Arca.
The first two meetings, which will be held in Naples, will be dedicated to personal branding, creating a smart cv, and using LinkedIn for an efficient presentation.
Following the success of the first edition, which ended with the final events in Palermo and Naples, four new classes from the Istituto statale di istruzione superiore Vittorio Veneto in Naples (Scampia campus) and four from the Istituto professionale statale per l’enogastronomia e l’ospitalità alberghiera Pietro Piazza in Palermo – for a total of ove 140 students – will embark on this original PCTO course with a renewed programme and experts and coaches from partners, who have worked to make it an unforgettable experience. The main objective of the course revision and updating was to give it a more practical cut with concrete activities, especially lab and prototyping experiences, to emphasise the conception and development of project and business ideas.
Other novelties of the second edition include a course on life skills by Psychologist Ivana Vitrano in Palermo, while, in Naples, two classes will participate (at the end of September) in an original photographic storytelling lab – to create a didactic photo story – with Cristina Biasini, a consultant at Room to Read.
