Hacker vs. hacker: the programme begins tomorrow at the Campus Bio-Medico
The educational programme is designed for high school students in years 4-5 and university students. The objective is to raise the awareness of students, make them more aware of web threats, and teach them to protect themselves in cyberspace by understanding how hackers work. The programme has a “Red Team” approach that aims to provide participants with a clear picture of hacker attack strategies, which although simple still continue to trick many users.
Understanding how the main cyberthreats are created is the starting point to understand how to prevent and contrast them.
The programme is divided into two parts. The first, which will be held as distance learning, will provide introductory elements and end with a challenge to identify the participants who will be selected for the second phase. The second phase will be an in-presence hackathon during which participants will be guided through the development of simple but efficient cyberattacks!
