Health4U for University Students

The Health4U partnership presents a pilot project for university students in STEM faculties (Biotechnology, Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, etc.). Health4U STEM University J&J Bootcamp is a journey to discover the processes, devices, professional figures, technical skills, challenges and environments in which ideas are conceived. The first webinar on “Learning About Johnson & Johnson: Production in the Pharma and Consumer Health Sector” will be held next Friday (15-17).

During the session, students will have the opportunity to learn more about Johnson & Johnson as an innovator in personal care, the company itself and its ethical business approach. Moreover, they will be able to understand the general level of processes and professions in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic sectors that allow the company to conceive, develop and produce new drugs and products to satisfy patients. Stories and real-life cases from the mouths of professionals will accompany the students on their journey.

The issues will be addressed from a technical-scientific perspective, but they will be integrated with personal stories from J&J experts who will provide students with a story about the technical and non-technical abilities that have the greatest impact on a satisfactory professional life.

The Bootcamp is divided into 4 webinars:

  • May 13, 15-17 | Learning About Johnson & Johnson: Production in the Pharma and Consumer Health Sector
  • May 31, 15-17 | Focus: J&J Manufacturing in Italy
  • June 7, 15-17 | J&J and Packaging Technology Innovation
  • June 13, 15-17 | The Necessary Professions, Roles and Skills: stories and presentation from the world of J&J
