Global Junior Challenge

The Global Junior Challenge (GJC), the international competition that rewards the innovative use of new technology to guarantee an inclusive and quality education to young men and women, marks its tenth anniversary.

The GJC 2021, promoted by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale in collaboration with the Erickson Publishing House is dedicated to the innovative and inclusive use of new technology for quality education during the Covid-19 emergency.

Schools, organisations, start-ups, associations, universities and private citizens from around the world may present and candidate projects that have forged innovation and quality education with inclusion, actively involving families and other local actors, during the Covid-19 emergency.

The GJC will also assign the Tullio de Mauro Award to promote the strategic role of teachers and school administrators as agents of change and inclusive development. FMD calls for spontaneous candidatures by the many professionals who care for school in Italy and are daily committed to improve it. Colleagues, parents, students and the entire educational community are invited to nominate such figures in their schools.

Finalist projects and the awards ceremony will be held in Rome on October 20-22, 2021

Please submit candidatures at gjc.it
