The Future is Up to Me

The next appointment with the intergenerational campaign on gender equality launched by Coding Girls is on Wednesday, March 24 (4 pm). The protagonist of this role modelling session will be Alessandra Sinibaldi, Director HEMAR & Regulatory Affairs, Janssen Italia, Johnson & Johnson Group.

 

Alessandra Sinibaldi, who has a degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, has had a long career in the health sector with Johnson & Johnson. She currently is Director of HEMAR & Regulatory Affairs for Janssen, the pharmaceutical division of the Johnson & Johnson Group together with a 25-member team. Her main responsibility is to ensure that all drugs produced through Janssen research are available to Italian patients with the highest standards of quality and sustainably for the National Health System. She has always been very careful about the issue of female leadership and has recently begun coordinating the Diversity & Inclusion Team for Johnson & Johnson Italy. 

 

The meeting will be introduced by Mirta Michilli, Director General of the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, and then conducted by two students: Lucrezia Fonda and Francesca Boccucci.

 

 

Lucrezia (17) is in her fourth year at the Liceo scientifico Galileo Galilei in Trieste, the school coordinated by Lucia Negrisin. She was involved in Project Coding Girls by Prof. Matteo Dalmiglio.

 

Francesca (16) is in her third year at the Rome Liceo classico B. Russell, directed by Anna Maria Aglirà. Her reference teacher is Laura Druda.

 

The slogan is "My Future? It’s Up to Me!" with hashtag #dipendedame. [see news: CDTI with Coding Girls].

 

The challenge of opening up the future to young women is promoted by the Coding Girls “hybrid” collaborative alliance, coordinated by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale and supported by the United States Diplomatic Mission to ItalyEmbassy of the Netherlands, Compagnia - San PaoloMicrosoftENI and a network of 32 academic partners.
