The Scientific Director of the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, Alfonso Molina, continues his collaboration with the Italian version of the HuffPost, one of the most visited sites around the world.

In his new post, Prof. Molina examines the research conducted on the trust of young people in science that was presented at the final event of Project Factor J to underline how school can provide an alternative model to the many talk shows that did not provide a good public service to citizens during the pandemic, providing a confused outlook on science and scientific research [see news: Trust in Science].

“Scientists are reliable to young men and women when they communicate efficiently, clearly explain difficult concepts and provide reasonable explanations to what they say. These are the characteristics that students found in the doctors and researchers who participated in the digital rooms for courses and regional events.”
