After the summer break, the students who attend the “Fashion and Clothing” Programme at the Istituto d’istruzione superiore A. Diaz in Rome are back in the digital manufacturing lab at the Phyrtual Innovation Gym to complete their Maker Fashion project, which will be presented at the Rome Maker Faire (October 3-5 at the Auditorium Parco della Musica).
The young stylists are learning more about digital tools with the help of two workshops, where they completed an internship organized by The Italian Makers Project, promoted by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale and Inail Lazio in collaboration with CNA.
The two fashion workshops are La Civetta Vanitosa, managed by Filomena Tolino, and the Sartoria Borghetti in downtown Rome.
