How can we make our lives simpler thanks to the use of new ICT technology? The answer will be provided by the protagonists of Project “Grandparentts On-line. Everyone’s Young at the Post Office” to all citizens who wish to learn more about the services provided by the public administration that can be accessed via computers, tablets and smartphones.
The original inter-generational task force, composed of students, grandparents and coordinating teachers, will host 30 “digital desks” through May 13 to help citizens access services via their digital devices and computers [see news Everyone On-line with Grandparents].
Each school will help to citizens who have practical problems with their devices, such as downloading the Post Office app or using a QRCode with BancoPosta.
