Today, Thursday, Feb. 2, the Liceo Giuseppe Peano in Monterotondo (Rome) will host an open “Digital Café” (2:30 - 6:30 pm) during which students and professors will present the many didactic activities developed with digital tools. The aim is to demonstrate how digital tools can be used to make learning more efficient, inclusive and involving, how it drives logical abilities for skills acquisition and promotes digital literacy amongst young citizens to enhance their future in all fields, from employment to daily life.
Headmistress Roberta Moncado invites all parents and students and pupils from other elementary, middle and high schools to the event.
The digital coaches at the Café will be the Coding Girls, 9 young women coordinated by the School Digital Coordinator, Alessandra Ceroni, and Professor Anna Rita Petrillo.
The Liceo Peano in Monterotondo, a node of the National Network of Phyrtual Innovation Gyms, has its own coding gym.
