Councillor Mario Michelangeli (Consumer Rights and Administrative Simplification, Lazio Region) and the Vice-President of the Lazio Regional Council Bruno Prestagiovanni will be present in Rome together with the Director General of the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, Mirta Michilli.
Three Roman Schools that participated in the Digital Bridge project will also participate from their schools: B. Russell, I. Kant and the 157th Circolo Didattico in Torrimpietra.
A small delegation of students and teachers will be in Cameroon (February 8-16) to partecipate in a series of meetings to create a common learning environment and a development community. For the first time, Roman and African Schools will partecipate together in the “National Youth Festival” that will be held every year on February 11.
The Digital Bridge Project, financed by the Lazio Region and coordinated by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, was implemented by Azione per un Mondo Unito onlus (AMU), Scuole in Rete di Roma (SIR) and the Lebialem Association for Twinning of Schools (LATS) and Act Now Alliance with the collaboration of the European Space Agency (ESA). Besides its technical aspect, the project also entails three other areas of development: educational-didactics, informative-educational and informative-educational and management.
