CrowdCaring

We are pleased to inform our community about this new initiative by MSD Italia, a company with which we are currently co-designing projects related to health issues.

MSD, a leader in the pharmaceutical sector, has just launched MSD CrowdCaring, together with Eppela. The initiative aims to introduce open innovation and crowdfunding to research on ideas to improve the lives of individuals.

MSD is both a partner and a sponsor. I twill provide a maximum contribution of €5000 for the best project ideas that are capable of collecting funds from individual donors. The first project campaign will end on Monday, February 11.

In particular, the objective of MSD Italia is to finance the best projects addressing:

• Digital services for Health
• Measures to simplify cure processes
• New measures for cures and prevention
• Dedicated tools to increase quality of life (outside of health facilities)
• Initiatives to certify validity of health information
