The tour with American Coach Emily Thomforde ended yesterday with the Hackathon at the Phyrtual Innovation Gym in Rome, an entire day (9 am – 6 pm) devoted to female coding. Yesterday was the last stop of the Coding Girls Programme Tour, promoted by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale and the American Embassy in Italy in collaboration with Microsoft.
The works were opened by Rome Councillor Flavia Marzano, while awards will be presented at the end of the day by Gloria F. Berbena, Councillor for Press and Cultural Affairs, United States Embassy in Italy, and Mirta Michilli, Director General, Fondazione Mondo Digitale.
Here are the results of the Roman “Super Heroes” Hackathon:
