Intensive training sessions to prepare the young women in Palermo for the creative programming challenge were held at the following schools: Catalano, Pio La Torre, Umberto I and Croce. Today, 100 students, guided by American super coach Anthonette Peña, National Board Certified Teacher and STEM Teacher Lead, are ready for the hackathon at the University of Palermo.
