Nine young women from the Liceo Giuseppe Peano in Monterotondo (Rome) periodically enliven the digital café at their school, managed by Headmistress Roberta Moncado.
The students trained at the Summer School held by the Coding Girls Programme and participated in the tour with American Coach Emily Thomforde, Code Educator and Science Technology Engineering Art and Mathematics (STEAM) Specialist.
The school, a hub of the National Network of Phyrtual Innovation Gyms, has opened a coding gym with a strong focus on young women; in fact, the protagonists are the nine coding girls, Coach Alessandra Ceroni and Professor Anna Rita Petrillo.
