On April 28, the Sala Tirreno at the Regione Lazio hosted the national event entitled Change the Game – Giving a Shape to Change – Innovation for Lazio, Italy and Europe promoted by the General States for Innovation. The programme featured four sessions based on the open formula of association conferences.
 
Morning
   9.30-10.00 - Welcome
   10.00-10.30 – Hello (Regional Representatives)
   10.30-11.00 - Introduction
   11.00-11.30 – Climactic Change: energy strategies, sustainability and resilience. #romasmartcity (see thematic wiki). A conversation with Mario Tozzi and Livio De Santoli.
   11.30- 13.00 - Open Talk – Proposals for innovation (see thematic wiki) one year later. What to do in Italy; Priorities for Europe.
 
Afternoon
   14.00-15.00 - Open Talk (spazio Wister) - Innovation Policy and Gender Difference. Lazio, Italy, Europe: what has been done and what needs to be done
   15.00-16.00 - Open Talk: - Open Innovation (see thematic wiki): collaboration and internationalisation models
   16.00-17.00 - Open Talk - Digital Culture and Competences: the challenge of the national programme – contributions from the public consultation
