For the 7th edition of Bibliopride, the Lazio Section of the Association of Italian Libraries, in collaboration with the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, Biblioteche di Roma and the Goethe-Institut Rom, will host a seminar entitled "Bibliomakers: An Ideas Factory in Libraries."
The meeting, dedicated to the introduction of fab labs in libraries, will be held on September 19, 2018 from 6 to 8 pm at the Phyrtual Innovation Gym.

Participation is free and open to everyone. The seminar will be based on the experience of the Biblioteca Fabrizio Giovenale in Rome, which hosted the Bibliomakers Project starting on October 19, 2017. This is an area dedicated to the promotion of innovation and sharing with activities and making labs for primary school students, as well as families, professionals, institutes and local associations. The libraries are transformed into centres of creativity and sharing by developing a network that can accelerate innovation and where users can discover and learn to use digital manufacturing tools.
