Amongst the many labs provided by the Robotics Centre there also is one dedicated to primary school children with the
Bee-bot, a toy robot for infancy school and the first years of primary school
The Bee-bot allows children to learn about robotics through play and learn the basics of programming. It helps them visualize movement and develop logical reasoning, counting and moving in a confined environment.
Today, 45 third grade boys and girls the Istituto comprensivo Viale dei Consoli primary school will be introduced to Bee-bot by Mohamed Haiba.
Labs at the Rome Robotics Centre are available every day except for Wednesdays through June 2014.
