After the success of last January, “Fashion Digital Night” returned to Altaroma in July, too. The objective of the initiative promoted by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale is to accelerate digital transformation in the fashion sector and promote the projects of young creative designers [see news: Fashion Show, Hub and Contest].
The July 6 catwalk at the Prati Bus District featured sustainable and intelligent fashion. Eight models wore clothing and accessories developed by young designers with laser cutters, 3D printers and other technological devices. The evening also featured a media art performance by the Spacetik Collective that presented an interesting connection between fashion and technology through sound and light.
