On Monday, December 2, the LLLAwards 2019 Ceremony presented awards to lifelong learning good practices. The Fondazione Mondo Digitale is a partner of Project Digital Welcome, coordinated by All Digital, which received an award in the "Best practice in Promoting Values" Category.
The objective of Project Digital Welcome is to generate an exchange of good practices amongst European organisations specialised in the digital inclusion of groups at risk of exclusion, to develop and experiment with an innovative approach to social inclusion strategies for citizens from third countries.
The focus of this year’s edition was “Learn about Democracy, Values and Participation.” Sixty projects represented 27 countries and three awards were presented for the best practices in the following categories:
- Promoting Values
- Global Citizenship Education
- Learning Democracy
