Even the three Digital Ambassadors from ITIS Benedetto Castelli in Brescia ( on the "Computer Science and Telecommunications Programme") have concluded the Open School Units (OSU) for European Project Make Learn Share Europe, co-financed by the Erasmus+ Programme and promoted in Italy by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale. The students, supervised by Professors Barbara Costantini and Marco Belloni, focused on high-level programming.
Adriana addressed the development of software for virtual and augmented reality, also conducting brief interviews with participants. “The Open School Unit ended on Wednesday, June 13, as scheduled. It was an interesting and fun experience, also thanks to the enthusiastic participants,” reveals Adriana. “I slightly varied the programme to meet the interests of the participants and make it all even more interesting to them.”
Here is the presentation of her OSU Programme:
Gianmarco and Niccolò, colleagues and friends, developed an intense programme ranging from the description of formal procedures to true coding with C++ and Arduino and then on to digital making to produce a creative prototype.
“We ended the Open School Unit one week ago. The experience is unforgettable (at least for me). It was the first time I really managed “giving.” At school, we always acquired and received information, but during these days we were able to transmit concepts,” explains Gianmarco.
During the summer, the students will take up their favourite hobbies. Nicolò, who is at the sea in Jesolo, will continue studying and experimenting with Arduino and 3D Printing. At night, he prefers to go out with his friends and listen to Rock. GianMarco will soon leave for Milan and then for the Philippines, where his family is from. As a lover of international music, his playlist includes Shawn Mendes, Khalid and Ne-Yo.
Even Adriana will continue to study coding for next year, but she will also study piano and violin, as well as draw to relax. She has a tight group of friends and will leave for a cultural trip with her family. It’s going to be a highly digital summer full of interesting travel for our Digital Ambassadors.
