The Italian Ministry of University, Education and Research (MIUR) and the Fondazione Mondo Digitale have signed a memorandum of understanding to “develop actions that will promote the renovation of school laboratories through the promotion of Phyrtual Innovation Gyms.”
La final aim of the memorandum is to promote innovation in schools through the vision of the Phyrtual Innovation Gym, the model developed by Alfonso Molina, Professor of Technology Strategy at the University of Edinburgh and Scientific Director of the Fondazione Mondo Digitale.
The protocol includes a series of actions. Here is a brief summary:

- Share activities and processes with MIUR
- Employ the crowdfunding platform to raise resources
- Allow the exchange of experiences

The agreement was signed by Sabrina Bono, Head of the MIUR Department for Planning and the Management of Human, Financial and Infrastructural Resources, and Mirta Michilli, Director General, Fondazione Mondo Digitale.
