This is another short week that begins after yesterday’s celebration of April 25, the Italian Liberation Day, a very intense day filled with many local, national and international activities.
Tomorrow, there will be a local Factor J event in Lazio that will gather the entire multi-sector project network, including the young local ambassadors [see news: Therapeutic Stories].
On Thursday, April 28, GICT Day, the Coding Girls and participating universities will involve young women in high school in a series of orientation and role modelling sessions to explore the scenarios provided by new technology and encourage the young women to choose careers in STEM.
Also on Thursday, there will be the final event of StartUp Lab, the entrepreneurship course for women organised by Job Digital Lab. Moreover, there will also be the awards ceremony for the National Digital Skills Award organised by Repubblica Digitale.
On Friday, the Rome Liceo Amaldi will hold the course on Soft Skills and Sustainability Orientation developed by FMD Scientific Director Alfonso Molina. The course is part of the three-year Smart & Heart Rome Programme.
This week appointments dedicated to the school community, including parents and grandparents, with the following projects: Ambizione Italia for Youth, Coding Girls, Factor J, OpenSPACE and Fully Enjoy the Internet.
Proximate Labs include OpenSPACE and Smart & Heart Rome.
Young men and women, as well as workers seeking professional requalification, can also enjoy the courses organised by Ambizione Italia for Youth, while Job Digital Lab, the programme promoted with ING Italia, will hold practical courses for everyone. The playlist with micro-learning modules, developed to increase learning opportunities at any time and in any place, are now on-line.
We would also like to remind you about the April 30 deadline for the Saper(e)Consumare Call, which will assign €1.5 million to the best projects developed to educate on sustainable and responsible consumption [see news: A Call on Consumption].
