Mirta Michilli amongst the winners of the Inspiring Fifty awarded by Sky.

Women and managers, entrepreneurs and researchers who stand out for their commitment and work in engineering and mathematical sectors. They are the new winners of the Inspiring Fifty 2024 Award. And amongst them is Mirta Michilli, Director General of the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, representing the third sector.  

Sky, a partner of the European initiative that involves 50 outstanding women who have promoted knowledge worldwide, hosted the awards ceremony on Saturday, September 7, and produced the following news report.

Conceived in Holland in 2013 by its founders, digital entrepreneurs Janneke Niessen and Joelle Frijters, the InspiringFifty Award arrived in Italy in 2018 and has currently reached a record number of candidates. The objective of the award is promote women as role models for their younger peers with the motto “If she can see it, she can be it.” The Italian edition, coordinated by global network EQL:HER, has been organised in collaboration with Corriere della Sera, Klecha & Co, Sky Italia, and Startupbusiness.
