“This is an extraordinarily interesting and important event. It consolidates the relationship between generations, even through lifelong learning and digital experiences.”That is how Michele Mangano, National Auser President, described the Nonni SUD Internet Project, promoted by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale (FMD) in partnership with Auser and Anteas and with the support of Fondazione con il Sud.
President Mangano was interviewed by the FMD Press Office during the Family Fair which was held last week in Riva del Garda.

On October 26, Professor Alfonso Molina participated in the roundtable on Active Ageing and Solidarity amongst Generations and illustrated the 21st Century Volunteers Project on which the FMD is currently working. Volunteers include individuals of all age groups that dedicate time to help elders attain digital literacy skills through the intergenerational learning model. Moreover, the project also addresses social innovation to bring individuals into contact with their local context and the job market.
The main objectives are to contrast the NEET phenomenon, promote active ageing and citizenship and provide skills for living and working in the 21st century (problem solving, social responsibility, collaborative work, creativity).
