Training to provide 250 women with quality jobs
October 10 is the deadline for registering to SWAT - Supporting Women, Arousing Talents, a project selected by the Fondo per la Repubblica Digitale.
SWAT is a free on-line course, organised by a partnership including the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, Arci and Fondazione Adecco ETS, which addresses 250 women aged 18-50 who are unemployed or looking for a new job, who are resident in Italy, focusing on digital skills at basic, advanced, professional, and specialization levels.
Moreover, SWAT provides true job coaching, individual tutoring, orientation, motivational psychological counselling, and individual interviews for job search, involving companies and concrete work opportunities.

- Basic Course
Develop the skills necessary to confidently use IT devices. The course begins with basic notions on hardware and software and then moves onto on-line collaboration tools, addressing transversal issues such as security and digital wellbeing.

Provides skills related to cybersecurity, search for on-line information and its evaluation. Moreover, it will address how to manage data management systems and their fundamental functions.
