Generative AI for the growth of SMEs
Training and experience for SMEs that wish to adopt GenAI tools to drive their business. The aim is to help small entrepreneurs to understand the potential of AI to increase the efficiency and productivity even in small companies, and, on the other, to promote the development of the digital skills that are necessary to remain competitive on the market.
The training session will introduce the advantages of GenAI for process and service innovation, data analysis, and the optimisation of communications (both internal and external). Moreover, Copilot will be presented, along with case studies, and practical exercises will be held to immediately experiment the acquired skills through SME and start-up tables.
The event was organised as part of Project Ital.IA Lab, organised by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale in collaboration with Microsoft Italia to promote AI as a tool for inclusion and growth for both individuals and communities by driving employability through skilling, reskilling, and upskilling actions and promoting the development of technology and its ethical and responsible adoption. The initiative is implemented with the Digital Enterprise Point of the Chamber of Commerce of Florence and DINTEC, an in-house agency of the chamber specialising in innovation and digital tools.
