All’Ars Electronica Festival, in corso a Linz da ieri fino a domenica prossima, non ci sono solo gli artisti Lino Strangis e Simone Pappalardo con le opere Flying in the Middle of Nowehere e Murmur Lc Librans (vedi la news Il museo del futuro), ma anche il direttore artistico del Media Art Festival Valentino Catricalà, con un doppio impegno.
Oggi il direttore artistico interviene nello spazio FIS-Stage dal titolo "Rethinking the Medium through Media Art. The Example of the BNL Media Art Festival".
Domenica prossima, 11 settembre, l'appuntamento è al Symposium III: Art and Science at Work nella terza sessione dedicata a Exploring new frontiers. Il titolo dell'intervento di Valentino Catricalà è "BNL Media Art Festival: Innovating Media Art through education".
