The Spinaceto primary school presented Il cielo si racconta (The Sky’s Story) as part of this year’s Studying is Sustainable programme, an environmental education project promoted by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale and the Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei. Il “cielo si racconta” narrates stories ranging from mythology to astronomic geography.
The project involved many different forms of knowledge and competencies, dissolving inter-disciplinary boundaries. In fact, this is the same method that has been used for over ten years by the school that invites neighbourhood residents to its “Star Evening” to scrutinise the heavens and discuss science.
