Five days in the Region of Lebialem with a full agenda of appointments to meet all the local authorities, the associations working in the area and the schools participating in Project Digital Bridge, a technological bridge with Cameroon. The mission is not only meant to assess the activities already under way, but also to begin programming the second phase of the operative plan now that all the infrastructures are fully working.
The Lazio Region Department for Consumer Protection and Administrative Simplification, which finances the project, has sent two envoys, Natascia Di Giorgio and Antonio Alfonsi, while the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, which coordinates the project, has sent Romano Santoro, who had already visited Cameroon in March with the delegation of Roman schools.
The mission is headed by Martin Nkafu Nkemnkia, Professor of Culture, Religion and African Studies at the Pontifical Gregorian and Lateran Universities.
