Recently, the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, a no-profit agency, issued a public call for the creation of a short list of experts to act as consultants, technical assistants and professional trainers to support the internal staff in the many initiatives in which the Foundation operates.

Professional skills required address five areas and are classified according to four levels of competence:
- Communications, Relations & Networking, Marketing
- Technical
- Management
- Design and Research
- Training
Levels of Competence:
CLASS A – expert - includes ability to coordinate, with no less than 10 years proven experience and skills in the given professional area;
CLASS B – expert - includes ability to coordinate, with 5-10 years proven experience and skills in the given professional area;
CLASSE C – expert - includes ability to coordinate, with less than 5 years proven experience and skills in the given professional area;
CLASSE D – junior expert - less than 2 years to no experience.
