In Calabria, Project Women in Technology, promoted by Costa Crociere Foundation, has involved 75 young women from IIS Raffaele Piria, the school managed by Headmaster Ugo Neri.
The course will be hosted by Coach and Start-upper Cecilia Lalatta Costerbosa [@Cecilia_LC] and Cecilia Stajano [@CStajano], FMD School Innovation Coordinator and national Women in Technology Project Manager.
"They were two extraordinary days,” she explained upon her return from Reggio Calabria. "We understood how important it is to teach students to manage their time, plan, and believe in themselves to develop an idea and understand the story that hides behind each success. These students have to learn to trust and manage themselves, to hope in the future and become protagonists and unleash their creativity.”
"Our interviews," continues Cecilia Stajano, "reveals the stupor of these young women when they understand their potential. This project allows them to open their minds, change paradigms and the way in which they see the world.”
