How are the young women working on Project Women in Technology, promoted by Costa Crociere Foundation, progressing? Cecilia Stajano, School Innovation Coordinator for the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, interviewed some of the students about their exercises with the Design Thinking Methodology with Coach Cecilia Lalatta Costerbosa at the Liceo Vito Volterra in Ciampino (Rome) [see news Creative Thinking].

Last Friday, the young women at the Liceo Vito Volterra in Ciampino participated in a training session with start-upper Cecilia Lalatta Costerbosa as part of Project Women in Technology, learning how to attack and solve problems with the Design Thinking Methodology

Project Women in Technology (WIT) addresses 150 young women studying in Campania, Calabria and Sicily, to contrast the NEET phenomenon and create new job opportunities. The Liceo Vito Volterra in Ciampino will serve as the pilot school in which the innovative didactic methodology will be tested for the first time.
