Workshops continue for the winners of the Google.org Impact Challenge on Safety, a fund that helps non-profit organisations to develop real, practical solutions to contrast hate and extremism and help children to be safe both on and off-line.
Today’s appointment (9:30 am - 5:30 pm) is dedicated to wellbeing and leadership in various contexts: personal, interpersonal and organizational. Ilaria Graziano (Project Manager) and Giovanna Cipolla will participate for the Fondazione Mondo Digitale. The workshop will present the experiences of two social entrepreneurs: Caroline Casey and Kabir Vajpeyi.
The 29 grant-winning organisations are from 14 countries. For Italy, four projects developed by five non-profit organisations, including the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, were selected for Italy. The FMD project is entitled: “Social Hosting Hub. Integrated, Local and On-line Educational Platform with a High Impact and Inclusive Density and No Separation.”
The objective of the Fondazione Mondo Digitale and partner organisations - Comunità di Sant'Egidio, ActionAid and Parole O_stili – is to develop and implement the first phyrtual (physical and virtual) educational ecosystem made of connections, relations and communities: concrete tools, calibrated per age groups, to provide information, identify correct styles of communication and behaviour, learn in a transformative manner and develop new paradigms for living together based on common values.
