As immigration continues to increase, so does integration in Abruzzo, according to the data discussed on November 7 at the Pescara Chamber of Commerce during the presentation of the UNAR Report on Immigration in Italy by Centro Studi e Ricerche Idos.
During the morning, the Fondazione Mondo Digitale launched the second edition of Project SI – School of Italian promoted by the Regione Abruzzo in collaboration with the FMD, the Regional School Department for Abruzzo, the D'annunzio University of Chieti-Pescara and the CTPs in Avezzano, Nereto, Pescara, Pescasseroli, Popoli, Silvi and Sulmona.
The Report reveals that Abruzzo is the fifth Italian region in terms of immigrant integration potential, a significant fact that emphasizes the importance of these local initiatives.
