Thanks to a collaboration with IIS Cobianchi in Verbania and the Elettra Robotics Lab Association from Domodossola, students from Verbania participated in RomeCup 2017 with six teams in four categories (two in Soccer Open, two in Soccer Light, one in Cospace Recue and one in OnStage), accumulating three podiums and two Italian titles that projects them towards the World Robotics Championship in Japan. This is an extraordinary result that was reached with the help of Professor Raimondo Sgrò and Coaches Alberto Mazzaccaro (ERL) and Filippo Marcodini (ERL).
